Is it ok to do cardio in the morning if you're lifting in the afternoon or the evening? And is it ok to do cardio after lifting, even if you have used your leg muscles? Mystery, mystery...

cardio in the morning is fine. i wouldnt suggest cardio after your workout.

Bodybuilding, as in currently gaining mass.
I see cardio as a separate occupation, amied at getting a good condition, but I don't want to undermine my bb goals too much with it. |

no cardio on leg days -- also cardio in the morning on empty stomach is best
