Cool Cardio on training days

Is it ok to do cardio in the morning if you're lifting in the afternoon or the evening? And is it ok to do cardio after lifting, even if you have used your leg muscles? Mystery, mystery...

Bodybuilding, as in currently gaining mass.
I see cardio as a separate occupation, amied at getting a good condition, but I don't want to undermine my bb goals too much with it.
