Sex before a workout?

Did this the other day about an hour or so before an arm workout and i felt really strong and energized. It surprised me though because I figured I would be kinda drained. Any connection between the two or was it just a coincidence?

I never noticed a difference but I would assume like you did. Unless I'm really trying for a quickie I'm usually a little wiped out for a while after.

Are you on any supplements? Cause sex useally drains your energy with release of hormones and decrease testerone.

hahah. i don't notice that i am any weaker or stronger honestly. i think the whole sex before a workout makes you weak is hogwash.
