New Workout Ideas???

I'm looking to change up my workout and wanted to see what has worked for everyone else. I've done pretty much everything from 3 day splits, to supersets, to pyramiding, etc. etc. The problem is I've hit that plateau that I can't push though. So...give me some ideas that have worked for you in order to get me BIGGGGGER!!!

Do you train with someone?I know since I have had a training partner,I am able to push myself harder.Only thing is that you have to find someone who is just as commited as you!

Try to increase your reps and drop the weights. Try that routine for a month and c where it leads u.

hey thats what I would have said, lol. did you hit a strength plateua or a muscle plateua...two different problems.
