I don't ever max out either, not even close. I do close-grip bench with 315 for like 12 reps. I've done really deep squats (ass-to-the grass) with 405 for 18 reps. I do 295 on the pec deck for 15 reps or so. I've done dips with two 45's around my waist at a bodyweight of 260 for about 10-12 reps I think. I do cable rows with the stack+25 for about 15 good reps (and a couple crappy ones The one thing I'm pretty weak on is curls. I can't do any kind of barbell curls cuz they kill my foreams and I only curl 50lb dumbells, maybe 55's on a good day.

I am weak these days lol.
My heaviest PR is 360 on leg press and have hit DBs incline with 40's. Thats all.. I try not to go too heavy these days! SAFETY and proper form does it for me, now! |
