Is cardio every morning bad?

I usually only do cardio 4 mornings a week but have considered doing it everyday... only because it really gets me going in the morning and i guess you could say motivates me for the rest of my day... usually on days that i do not do it, i feel groggy and slow... is it bad to do every morning?

like everyone said. it depends. if you have a good amount of body fat it wouldn't hurt. if you are trying to put on mass it will hurt.

more details bro.

i have always been fairly light.. i am at about 165... bf is probably about 12% (never been able to see my abs without flexing though) i guess what im trying to do is lose that last bit of fat to get me to around 9-10% while at the same time the cardio motivates me =)

ok, i would say that 5 days a week wouldn't hurt then. you don't want to be doing it every single day. you will lose muscle on something like that.
