Traps
My traps are horrible, never seem to grow... any suggestions on certain exercises... shrugs just dont seem to do it

What he said/\ But traps also have to do with having a nice thick back; they're part of it, not the shoulders like some think...You should do traps on ack days; do DL's...

i usually use dumbells but my grip strength is bad, i though about getting some straps..

use the standing calf machine ......standing in the machine get the pads rested on your shoulders then use your traps to raise and lower the weight ....burns those traps up

What about Upright row?? I do them when I do traps seam to hit them pretty good.

I was gifted with some nice traps, lol.
I don't usually do direct work on them, but once in a while I do. shrugs, face pulls, etc. I do alot of rowing and find that this hits them well... Underhand grip on the smith.. or when I do deads, well I make sure to squeeze them out on explosion. |
