you havent LOL, yes maybe 1 or twice. many more close calls. im not all that prone to puke i train with lunitics.

Today was leg day for me. Well, legs and shoulders. I put up some pretty solid squats with good form and decent weight, then right after I finish this kid starts doing little half squats with 100 lbs more than I had on there. I almost wanted to tell him to be careful but I don't like getting in other peoples business. Anyways, I can already feel the soreness coming on in my quads. Monday and tuesday are going to be rough.
