Post your ab routines!!
Well I've never had a set ab routine. I pretty much just throw in some decline crunches, leg raises, and various twisting motions whenever I want to do abs. What do some of you do to hit that mid-section??

I hardly ever do abs...As to why I have a 4 pack...I just do cardio and that tends to keep the fat off me...I'd rather drink a Sam Adams before I do crunches

lol.. I think I have an 8 pack, hehe.
I do leg raises off a bench, hanging leg raises, twists with plates, crunches with a medicine ball, rope crunches, and some of those machines. But really your Abs are created in the kitchen. |

On a serious note...When I do train my stomach...I just do leg raises and crunches...I keep the leg raises to 5 sets of 40 and crunches at 5 sets of 50...

I just do some basic crunche's but the key to mine and they way I show people is to push all the air out of your lungs on the contraction.
