My question is, but i'm under aas now (winter cycle for mass), but the execution is the most important thing?? becouse if i do god execution i can't drop more weigth!!

Manozz, the problem may be that you are doing to many sets and reps.

try doing basics. heavy controlled weight. low reps.

MaNoZz, try doing lower reps and less sets.

Do only the basics for awhile and you might be surprised at the result.

i'm with bouncer here. if you are doing both of these workouts in a one week period, it is probably to much for your nervous system to take. cut workout #1 in half, but don't increase weight as you go. do you warm up sets untill you reach your gaol working weight. then hit your sets. squats and leg press sets of 6-8 reps. extension and lunge 10-12 reps. on day #2 i assume you mean stiff-leg deadlifts? take one set out of both deadlifts and single leg curl. leave the rest the same. make sure your diet and sleep are in order and this should help you make better progress. good luck--
