Ok you probably haven't seen this exercise anywhere but it does wonders for the booty.
While you are doing it, it looks like you are doing lower back hyper extensions. This is how it works...get on the hyper extension bench let your torso hang down and relase all the tension from your lower back, stomach shoulders etc basically your torso has to be completely relaxed, from that position only but only squezee your glutes if you do it right that glute squezee motion should biring your torso up paralel to the floor from that position relax your glutes slowly to the start position do that about 50 to 100 reps and you'll feel your glutes on fire.

Did you mean glute hamstring raises? if you are using the roman chair for it I guess they are the same.

increased my leg press by 20 pounds today and more TUT...no queasy feeling and felt great throughout the workout. so its been 2 to 3 workouts where I feel completely different.

what is all this smiley mumbo in my thread you guys, lol. You guys cracking on me
and my quads and ass? Don't make me have to flash ya'll LEG workout was awesome. My inner sweep is quite tender this am. My hams havent started to act up yet, but that will come as the day progresses. I passed on the walking lunges and just did them on the smith. The gym was so crowded and I would've been in the way or ACTUALLY others would have been in my way
