Do you have what it takes

To be a mentor and train someone to transform their body? My workout partner made me think about this yesterday. I am so lucky to have him by my side. He has no mercy and pushes the life out of me, yet is kind and has good intentions for me. He knows his training and is always teaching me something new and Safety first. I have a great mentor

So do you think you can be a good mentor?

Being a personal trainer is somewhat lying to people...I would do good according to some...

No, I don't. You have to care about others and their goals. You kind of have to live through them so that they can achieve their goals. I am to concerned with my own goals to care about others. That kind of sounds bad but I don't mean it in a cocky way.

I am a personal trainer and a damn good one at that too. If I have any new clients which I haven't had any for a while(thank god )and the first thing I tell to them is, don't expect any miracles because you hired me, one week has 168 hours and I am gonna see you three or may be four at most of those hours if you don't do what I say out of the gym don't expect shit. That makes them see the big picture.

I tried it and its to hard for people to let someone tell them what to do without questioning them. its easier to teach people about the science of building muscle than while training them. and actually I will say women are a lot easier to train because they don't come with the attitude that most men have about knowing "what works for them and no one can tell me different because everyone has a right to his opinion on training" (even though it is a science.
