Finally got back to the gym today
After a 2 month layoff. My body is so damn sore. I'm gonna hit legs tomorrow and im a little scared I wont be able to walk or sit without pain after.

Thanks man. Yeah i always look forward to the change in my body after workouts but hate not being able to move right.
The fact that I wasn't at the gym was getting to me physically and mentally. I am so glad not to be as busy as I was and can actually go to the gym. My joints and muscles were starting to ache like a bitch.

Yeah and its like that everytime i take an extended period off. When I lift they don't bother me, especially my joints.
I've always had a problem with my one knee and if i don't tdo legs it hurts most of the time. The minute I start legs again, it doesn't bother me.

just keep up the hard work bro. I love the feeling coming back to the gym after a while. The most recent ive taken off was 2 weeks but felt awesome when I went back.
