So I'm getting to the point where I am adding 45-50 pounds to my dips and I was sick of holding a DB between my legs. Went out and bought some stuff and made my own dip belt for about $25 total.
First you need a weight belt of course... ![]() 4 ft chain.... ![]() Screw-lock beaner ![]() The final product.... ![]() Took half an hour out of my day and $25. Can't wait for push day tomorrow!

your gym doesnt have one? I would think they sell for not a whole lot more than a regular belt but I've never checked

Yeah I'm a member at two gyms in two towns and neither of them has a dip belt. Didnt really feel like ordering one when I could make one for cheap. Thanks Bouncer for recognizing the hard work.
