Incline DB curls...

... hit my bi's 5 times harder than any other bicep excercise I have ever tried. Did these two days ago and my bi's are still sore. In 2 years I haven't felt soreness in my biceps. You can get such a great range of motion with these, its amazing! Anyone else pump these out every now and then??

funny how different people react to different exercises. never really liked incline db curls. always felt the movement in every place except my biceps.

The akwardness of the movement makes me work so much harder. I made my fiance do these during her workout last night. She was grunting and moaning to finish each set.

I think they're okay occasionally for strict concentration, but I'd prefer standing DB curls to any other.

Incline db curls are supposed to be help isolate and prevent the brachialis from performing a lot of the standard curl. Incline db curls are supposed to be good for people who don't respond well to curls.
