No training for two weeks?

I might be going to visit my brother for two weeks. He is having a rough time where he lives, and I am fortunate to have some time after school ends to go out there. My question is this, should I just take off for the two weeks, and not train? I would still stick to my diet, just not train and get some rest. Or would i lose much in those two weeks?

I'm on the fence. Taking two weeks off is gonna be a mind fuck. But i think it will be good for my body. I just don't want to back slide.

Two weeks off isn't going to harm you any - and if it's been awhile since you've had a "break", it will do you good. I wouldn't slack on the diet too much though

if you downslide from two weeks off from training then you were overtrained in the first place and you NEED the time off. people should be able to take a month off and not lose much at all.

I already knew the answer. I think i just need some assurance. Its tough to take those two weeks off. I'll just keep my diet on point so my weight doesn't flucuate to much

it's funny how everyone is so scared of taking little time off from traing, but don't worry as long as you watch your diet you'll be ok.
