Porno before workout???
Well now that I am a college graduate, I have plenty of time to sit and let my brilliant mind work wonders. Todays' topic: "Would porno before a workout be beneficial?"
We all know that testosterone is what builds muscle. Well, when you watch a solid porno, (be it guy on girl, girl on girl, horse on girl, horse on midget on girl, whatever you are into), your body starts producing testosterone right? Say you eat your pre-workout meal 45 minutes before you go to the gym, and its a 15 minute drive. Thats like 30 minutes of solid porno time! Of course wanking it during this pre-workout viewing would be off limits, at least to the point of releasing your population paste. Anyway, that's my college education hard at work for today. Discuss!!

so throughout you 4 years of college, all you learned was PORNO??????
in my experience having pre-workout sex with my gf 20min prior to my workout, i lifted heavier and had better concentration, focus, and motivation.

has it really been proven anywhere that testosterone builds up during watching a porno and decreases after you shoot your wad? i am not so sure. anyone have any studies?
i know for me, having sex or not having sex before a workout really makes no difference. |

its actually a valid question. no so much about sex but the question of if certain activities make test levels go up and down in short periods of time and if that makes a difference in training. i would say if you are on cycle it wouldn't matter. but maybe someone who is natural might notice a difference.

Sounds to me like the placebo effect, e.g. helping your energy and focus levels, would be more beneficial than the biological effect.

Me and solstice were out w/a couple last weekend and this topic actually came up. The husband told us that he cranks up the Metallica, turns on the porn, & hits the weights hard.
Later we were just laughing and shaking our heads that he told us that because we've only been out w/them a couple of times. |
