LeanBeast is on a distinguished road
best way to train core/abs with a hurt back

my back has been hurting and i want to train my abs still but im having trouble doing regular crunches, any advice on what i can do to train them that is easier on my back but just as effective?

holds?? lay flat on your back, towel or hands underneath your low back and just raise your legs up six inches...use weight if it gets easy to hold it.

I have been doing decline leg raises lately and found them very effective. Really shreads the middle and upper part of the abs.
