Help with cardio
This is my week off of lifting I run a 9 week cycle of very intense and heavy 5 day split body routine and every 9th week I take a whole 7 days off from lifting. Last week I started a cutting diet along with t3 and clen this week since I am on the cut I am doing all cardio all the time. In my usual routine I sprint once a week 5 sprint 30 seconds each or I use the stair climber for 3 min intervals. So yesterday (Monday) I did cardio for following the HIIT style and I did not feel a thing I was not tired or worn out or hungry or even felt like I had done any thing. (Sorry if this is long but I know Bouncer gets upset if you leave things out) Usually I am spent after I workout and my weight training lasts between 45 to 60 mins and I am starving. But, this cardio thing has left me feeling nothing any help on improving my response to cardio would be helpfull.

what are you trying to accomplish in your cardio? is it for fat burning or just overall cardio health? fat burning type cardio isnt going to leave you feeling worn out.
if its just for cardio health. add in more sprints. run all out until you cant run anymore. you will be tired after that i assure you. |

I like to go Ballsout on my sprints.
i do 10 intervals; 1 min all out sprints followed by a 1 min walk i repeat this ten times which should make my cardio last about 20 mins or so make sure that when u sprint you sprint until ur practically breathless. remember that to lose fat u half to increase your calorie output and decrease your calorie input |
