right now I'm 170lbs 12%.. wanted to drop to maybe 10% in 10 days.. I know some people talk about quick fixes to shed really fast.. I know its not something I should stick to, its just a last minute "boost"

That quick fix isnt to shed body fat..its usually to shed the last bit of water or water hit a trouble spot.

you need more fat in that diet, its a muscle wasting diet without it. change one of the tuna meals to beef or a more fatty cut of fish.

even with the hummus? 5 oz of hummus has about 16-20g of fat and my second tuna is a tuna creations which has like 8g of fat.. if so, considering my first meal has about 6g of fat + hummus 20g + tuna 8 = 34... so how much more fat in a piece of meat is too much?

i don't know what the hell hummus is. get rid of that shit and eat bodybuilding food. steak, yam, broccoli could replace one of your tuna meals. salmon, brown rice, broccoli is another option. last meal of the day should be a slow digesting protein, not whey.

if you wanted to just try it first though without having to buy a tub, your local grocery store should have it (and they probably will have the regular and other flavors such as jalepeno or red pepper)

Bro, i used to be the same way. You just got to eat it, don't think about it, just eat it. If you want sprinkle some whey protein in top to add some flavor.

chick peas = garbanzo beans?

you can make it yourself.

the beans + avocado + garlic + blender/food processor = bodybuilder dip
