Hello everyone,
So I have been away from the gym for almost a week now and today I took my FIRST ECA stack (24mg of E, 200mg of C and 162mg of A). I had just a glass of milk prior to my workout since today was suppose to be just a cardio day. I felt the energy while doing cardio but the only thing that was diff then my previous cardio sessions was that I had a minor headache after taking the stack. My sweat level and body heat were the same since I usually wear 4 layers of clothing on my upper body while doing cardio. BUT my heart rate did go upto 193 and it usually stays around 175, could it be that the stack was working? SO between cross trainer and treadmill, I spent 1hr and 10mins burning total of 776 calories, not too impressive I know I definitely felt the energy and was thinking about also doing weights today but lack of a proper pre-workout meal and the fear of over doing it stopped me. Also I was having minor acid reflexes, could that be because I didnt have much to eat before workout? I was told to replace eca stack with ecy, so I think I might do that next week. whats better clen or eca/ecy? is it a good idea to go 2 weeks on clen and then 2 weeks on eca/ecy and then back to clen for couple weeks and then again to eca/ecy for couple weeks back and forth? main goal is to lose lose body fat while bringing out definition and minimize muscle breakdown/loss. I need to lose roughly around 9-10% bf so what am I doing wrong and what am I doing right? and how can I improve? my main goal is to get maximum benefit with minimum effort ![]() much appreciate it |

lets talk about your diet. forget about the clen and ecy/eca. what does your diet look like? without a solid diet, all the other shit is pointless.

I am guilty when it comes to diet, there is no solid diet or time for it. Whatever I eat, I just make sure its not carb heavy and has a decent amount of protien but lately I've been skipping some meals
|

you need to work out your diet and cardio routine.
then if you must supplemnet dont touch the clen and if you do a ecy /eca just to the E |

well just so you understand, all the supps in the world will do nothing when you have a mess of a diet. take a look in the nutrition forum for some diet ideas.

by any luck I should have Y shipped to me by next week and then I'll ditch the aspirin, but doesnt aspirin prevent acid from entering blood stream?

I've been keeping my carbs in check and have lost about 15 lbs but I dont eat more than 100g of protein a day and from my understanding 150g of protein is a MUST, so I know I need to up that.
I was under the impression that eca will be my best shot at cutting bf. After my first eca stack yesterday, my belly has been on fire and it only calms down once i eat something. |

your impression was wrong. diet is your best bet. i dont really understand you way of thinking. what you need (diet) is right in front of you and you are looking for other things. you wont need eca or any of the shit if your diet is spot on.

not necessarily. take a look in the nutrition section and put yourself together a diet. i will help you critique it.
