Great workout

So today was my pull day. I hit biceps, back, and traps. When i was doing shrugs, I felt really good about it. So i did an extra set at the end. I was using the hex bar for shrugging and after my 5th rep for 10 reps i felt amazing. Forearms were thumping.

1st set: 90lbs for 12 reps
2nd set: 140lbs for 7 reps
3rd set: 140lbs for 7 reps
4th set: 140lbs for 6 reps
5th set: 90 lbs for 10 reps

I than went on to do lat pull downs. The weight at my school gym is weird. I doubt its accurate at all.

1st: 100lbs for 12 reps
2nd: 160lbs for 9 reps
3rd: 160lbs for 8 reps
4th: 180lbs for 7 reps
5th: 180lbs for 7 reps

After this i was drained. My back was very tight and my forearms were done for.

Had my shake and came home and showered. While eating my post workout meal, I was struggling to stay awake, tired like no other. Sitting here awake is a challenge. I hope this caused some growth. Definitely one of the hardest and intense workouts I have done in a long time. I loved it.
