![]() ![]() I need to listen...I'm so set in my ways of lifting though...Hard for me to adjust my stance on deads...I try and it seems I can't pull as much...My stance right now I'm pulling 545lbs for 3 reps...Some power lifter guys told me to lower my ass more, pull with speed(as oppose to slow steady pull)and I could be closer to 600lbs ![]() Just did deads today....Will do it next week with video....He's going to video tape me so that he can coach me better....Other than that...He likes the way I push on bench and squats???? He's really impressed with my squats...Just wants me to improve my pull on deads. |
