Training body parts twice when juiced
Do any of you guys train chest or back twice a week when on cycle? I figure your recovery time is much faster than normal, but would this be overtraining?

yes it is overtraining. you should be able to stimulate a muscle enough in one workout a week. steroids do not make you a god, they increase certain functions of your body. and just because you don't get all the signs of overtraining doesn't mean your body is firing on all cylinders. steroids hide some signs of overtraining so be careful.

you may be able to get away with doing small muscles like calves, bis and tris but large muscles need a week to recover.

why would small muscle groups need less time? they are no different than large ones structurally. in fact they usually need more time since they are most of time, support muscle for larger muscle groups. the only slight difference in a muscle that could have an effect on recovery is whether it is slow twitch or fast twitch. fast twitch will overtrain quickly if trained too much because of their fatigue characteristics. slow twitch you might be able to get away with more training for a while but in the end it will catch up to you.
