When did you know you were really starting to look good?
I just finished my 10 weeker last weeek. but about 3 weeks ago is when I really started getting constant positive feed back. People telling me that I am looking bigger and alot leaner. I really havn't gained much size but I have definatly leaned out, but most people don't understand how that makes you look bigger. Also as I go places I constantly have both men and women looking at me. At first it was a little wierd, I thought alot of guys had a problem and I would look at them like "What? You want some shit?" and well never minded the ladies.

I did a 12 week BFL like transformation program and by the 5th week I've noticed some drastic changes in my body and by the 8th I looked like a new man,after the whole 12 weeks,I looked into the mirror and it was like staring into the eyes of a stranger,I was a completly changed man

several years of work and my wife and a couple of her friends think i look pretty decent. i mean i dont scare people when i take my shirt off anymore.

A couple of different guys in the gym call me Schwarzenegger. Im not even close but hey it still makes you fell pretty good. Hell Im 10 % bf. Alson everyone asks me for advise and watches while I do reps. That kind of lets me know i am looking better.

I never think I look good enough and I am always complaining about thing that needs work or I'm holding to much fat here or there.
My wife thinks I look great and her friends are always asking me to flex for them and feeling my muscles, but i my own mind it's never ggod enough.

6 wks into a 12 wk competition diet I start to look just like the girls in the magazines. It's sometimes hard to believe that you can make yourself look like that when previously I had thought that those girls were just genetic phenoms - but it's completely possible to achieve because...

Well, I always got comments on being ripped to the bone but I really started getting comments when I did my first real contest cycle. . .it was just 3 cc prop per week with some Denistenil (sp) and some halo at the end for 3 weeks. . hey, I was poor!
I think I was at about week 4 doing some dips and one of the gym "babes" came up and said I was looking freaky and asked if I was doing a show. . .felt good seeing as I was only 20 at the time and she was HOT and a little older

Starr, I love that attitude girl.
personally Im the hardest one on myself, other around me tell me how great I look, getting endless compliments as of late even from stangers, but I somehow have a hard time seeing this.. I guess I just set my goals high....

I knew i started to look good when I moved back hoime form the Marines, 50 pounds heavier, and everyone who had not seen me had a shocked look oin their face and gave me complements....
that and the fact that when im in a club the girls grab at me and stare, even when their with their b/f.. Im such a home wrecker =-]
