Do Bent-Over Rows and one arm Rows work the same

Whats the difference between them cause I use both in my training.

Depends on your form. With a bar you can lift wider with more weight. One arm rows you can move your hand position, width of lift, angle during the rep. It also isolates better imo. one arms are more versitilebut most can do more weight with the bar. JMHO

Do both, just alternate sessions or something. That'll help to hit your back from several different angles to get better development, IMO.

One arm rows always feel like "all arm" to me. I never do them and don't feel that they are even worthy of performing (for me, anyways).

The basic movement is the same, but the lack of stabilization that the barbell uses causes different synergists to be used. It basically hits it at a different angle. I use both

a bar makes the exersize hit your lower back as well.
