Sit up
if you have let's say unwanted BF and would like to trim the waist by doing sit up and I know cardio and diet as well but my questions is should you loose the fat first then do sit ups? I heard that if you have extra luggage and begin to do sit ups you won't lose the fat just build muscle under neath the fat. Is this true?

Bottom line, do both. Adding muscle and losing bf will bring out your abs. Getting a six pack or getting cut is absence of fat and presence of muslce. Get a good ab routine and work it into your split. Do cardio and keep a clean diet and see how that works. There is som truth to what your said. You will lose fat by doing situps just because you are burning caloies but you need to sped it up with cardio.
