Horizontal cardio as often as possible.
One day a week I spent doing some cardio like biking, roller blading, or running. And one day a week I start with some jumping rope for about 15 min and then spend around 30 min sparing, Heavy bag work, or shadow boxing.

my cardio consists of kick boxing 3 d/w mui ti fighting 2 d/w and for fun i study kenpo and grappleing when i feel like really getting dirty
this i think is what helps me stay around 9-10 %bf year round and i love kickin the shit outta some guy when im all wound up i walk out feeling like a million and change ....
