lower pecs and lower abs...

i wana get rid of the little fat i have on my pecs.. it looks like little madonna tits instead of that round muscular look... wut could help me with this? dips? or just plain diet? as well with my lower abs i have some fat i wana get rid of... wut would be the best kind of ab workout for this??

weighted leg lifts are a great exercise for building your lower abs...the diet/cardio will burn the fat off for you

Yep, diet and cardio. . .OR some high volume training like meltdown or GVT (german volume training) to burn off more calories.

What you dont want to do is build the lower pecs doing declines or the like. Believe it or not if the pecs are built too large they will get that look. the nice flat pecs like the fitness models are just the geneticv shape of the pecs. Go for the high peaked look of an upper pec.
