2x a day routine

Hey guys, I'm starting a winter bulker in a few weeks. I've found time to workout twice a day so I'm thinking about a split like this. Each workout will be 15 sets rep range from 6-10. Think this looks good or over training... Note: I will be using anabolics.

looks good.... only you can tell if you are overtraining. If you feel like you are making good gains with this, then continue to use it... if you feel you are lacking... change it up

Give it a go. As long as your diet is good. Just be wary of overtraining. Sometimes the gear will mask overtraining symptoms.

Damn bro- your crazy. If I know you though, youll stick with it and be even bigger than me again. Just watch out for over training. Also I have read before about gear hiding symptoms of overtraining as stated above ^----crombie09
