Hi Nekrawulf,
I have been reading some of your posts about working various body parts. They're good stuff and I am going to use some of them as my primaty routines during a two week cycle of s1+. I was just wondering if you think any changes would need to be made to them considering i will be using anabolics (more sets, reps etc.) Thanks APB |

Sorry abotu the delayed response... work has been murder on me. These routines are extremely effective, esp. when used in a shock cycle like you are performing.
Keep the sets and reps the same, but focus on the negatives wherever possible. Remember to push yourself and allow the bar to drop slowly...esp on that last rep. Best of luck to you bro
