Flexing the muscles when training

If you can flex your muscles while training your not training your muscles hard enough. I can't never flex any bodyparts when I train them. They get so engorged with blood its impossible. Anybody else have this same problem?

"I can't never flex any bodyparts when I train them"

you shouldn't use 'never' after the word 'can't,' it's a double negative.

lol
but anyway
i heard from someone that if you try to flex (atleast at the beginning of your bi workout) then you can pump more blood into your bicep and make it bigger.
