Nice! I can go for 4 on 335, I'm guessing your max can be anywhere between 355-375..

Could be... I never max out anymore... no need to. I used to back when I competed in powerlifting and strongman contests, but now I'm focusing on bb'ing. Who knows... next week I'm gonna have to try and see where I'm at.

Besides, 5'-9" is not short! I'm the same height, and 202lbs right now, it's possible..

i love being tall but its hard to get proportioned... (i hope i typed that rite) for the longest time i have had troubles to get bigger calves and bis/tris and i just started to fill out im 20 years young and love training thanks by the way for all your help everyone * big pete your swole dude ! ahah
