pain in wrist when curling

i get a pain in my wrist when i curl.. dose neone kno wut this is? and if i can do sumtyn to fix it?

i have that too bro mine was diagnosed as tendonitis
nothing yah can really do except take ibuprophin and try to do movements that don`t hurt as bad

If the need to train is there, use straps as well as other supports.

Good question.

If it's just straight bar curls tey useing an ez-curl bar for while. If is all curls it could be a number of things. lay off for a bit or tape your wriste for a while till it starts feeling better. if it continues see a doc.

Try use dumbbells, and maybe machine curls or cable curls, they could help ease the suffereing you have are having when you use bars.
