caught the flu :(
hey all,
caught the flu two days ago and had to skip some sessions. I'm putting on less calories, as well. i feel like i lost 5 lbs in the last 2 days anyone in the same boat?

yeah i just got over the flu...got it out of me in 2 days..i took 1000mgs of vitamin C for a day and a half..drank tons of water , sweated and i flushed it out of my system faster than someone who was on antibiotics..

Just go over something like the flu, wasn't actually the flu. I think my body needed the rest. It really didn't affect my eating though.
