Brit, you got something you can do pullups on bro? That would be the best thing for ya. You can just put a bar across the top of a squat rack and do pull ups. You can do wipe grip pull ups on a squat rack (pretty hard). You can hook the smith machine bar all the way at the top and do pull ups on that. Just a couple ideas. PEACE! KIR
