Chest exercises
I've hear a lot of different things. Whats better when working out the chest. DB's or the Bar

its really opinionated, everyone's bodies respond differently to different workouts. Try incorporating both of them into your workout. One week do incline DB and flat BB, next week do incline BB and flat DB, it will keep your muscle guessing and growing.

Murtle. If you wanna build mass then BB is the way to go brutha. Nothing like it to build mass. Unless of course you can go with the 120's or higher on the dumbells, then those will build mass too. Reason for incorporating a few sets to end your chest routine is to strengthen stabilizer muscles which later on will prevent you from getting injured because those fibers will be thicker. But concentrate on BB if you are looking to build mass. PEACE! KIR
