any women ever use cilias?
I have come across some and I wonder if woman are suppose to use it?

Yes, it's for women too. Women generally need smaller doses but it also takes a little longer to start working for women. I prefer to take it late in the afternoon if I'm anticipating a fun night. I like a good 3 hrs. for it to get into my system. I also like to piggy back it by taking it the next morning and next afternoon.
 One word of caution though...and I think this happens to guys too, if you take too much it will actually hinder the ability to reach orgasm. It's like it engorges a woman's delicate parts too much to let her have a release. I'm just about out and need to find some more. I definitely like the tabs better than the liquid.

how much should a woman take. I plan on taking 25mg to see how it effects me. should I give her just 10 or 15 mg?

15 would probably be a good start. If after a few hrs. she doesn't feel anything from it she can try another 10.

Cialis basically improves blood flow to the sexual organs giving men good erections and women more sensitive and engorged clits. The effects are not as strong as viagra and they last longer. If I take it on a Friday night, I'm still feeling it's effects on Saturday afternoon. Cialis was just made available by prescription in the US.
