book/plan for gaining weight-women
Hey ladies just curious if you know of any books or web addys or diet plans for women who need to GAIN weight. Anything would be helpful my old lady is having trouble locating such material! Almost everything if for losing weight....not alot of women need to gain weight in the US!!!! thanks.

Try Beverly International's site. I know in their newsletters that come out they have samples for women bulking...If your gal needs some specific help she can't find on their site, I'd be happy to help.
