Angry diet for a figure show

can any of you girlies help me i need a diet to build my muscle but keep off the body fat im despert to do a show this year and ive been training hard for a year now but im not sure if i am eating right?

In addition, we are going to need weight and cardio training regimens. Also, have you had anyone locally do your BF recently? Most likely they are able to determine your BF, LBM, and obviously weight. In order to give you a decent diet, we have to know these things especially. That way we have an idea on how much BF you need to lose, and how much muscle you have. If you haven't done it, a trainer at your local gym can do it easily with a pair of calipers
