I think this needs to be moved out of the female section!

Just my .02- losing 7-8% BF in 8 weeks would be seriously pushing it....It's possible, but difficult.

Sorry, did not realise that I posted it in a female section.
Well, I am prepared for a really hard work and dieting.
Well, if I am not going to make in 8 weeks I will still carry on till I reach my goal.

Absolutely!! That goal is a great goal to have in that time frame, but if it doesn't happen, try not to be too hard on yourself. Have you had your BF checked, or is that an estimation?

I can give you one piece of advice- you need to be eating AT LEAST 1.5gms of protein per lb of bodyweight; which would put you around 300. I would add about 10 eggs at your first meal ( 2 whole the rest whites), and another solid meal later in the day instead of a shake.

MUCH BETTER!!

Only other suggestion to help you feel "fuller" is maybe at your last meal add a 6 egg white omelet. I would also add another TBSP of flax to your evening chicken meal.

I do need some clarification, though...what does gms equate to? Here in the states we use ounces or cups...LOL. So, is like 60gms of oatmeal equate to 1/2c., 1c???
