Diet Advice

Looking for some Breakfast and Midnight Snack ideas. I am trying to cut and lean up, but I am looking for some breakfast and Midnight snack ideas, I find my self starving at 11-11:30 every night.

in the evenings i like to eat salads with lots of chicken and a little olive oil and balsamic vinager as dressing. this is a good choice for a cutting diet.

- 4 oz chicken breast, 1/2 can green beans
- 1/2 a shake (no carbs) with 1 tbsp natty p.b. or 1 tbsp Udo's Oil
