Something that I tried for focus and concentration was Gabatropin from Patrick Arnold's company, Ergopharm. I have used it for high concentration tasks with great success. Maybe it will help you too.

Thanks for the tip. However, I started Clen/T3 this week and my sharpness seems much better and more intense. My energy levels are still mediocre, but at least I am back on top of my work game.

Well, just had my BF done. Not as low as I thought...12.5%...I have 6 weeks left to diet. Which means, in order for me to get on stage, I have to lose .75% BF a week. It's nut crunching time. no more pistachios, nothing except what the diet says.
My body is being sooooo STUBBORN!!!! My 6th meal was dropped completely, fasting time increased, and 1 more morning cardio session. My portion sizes dropped as well. We went over to some friends' house last night, and she is 2 weeks out from a figure show, and she is about 10%. She looks great. What I can't believe is how much difference 2.5% BF makes. I'm not getting discouraged, just anxious.

Got on the scale today and weighed 143lbs., ..(I was 145 yesterday) and abs were a LITTLE more prevalent. Sonis and I pinched and looked at me, and my abs, and torso are just going to come in last. I'm a week into taking the Clen/T3, and I think the T3 is finally starting to kick in. I'm sure once I start the Proviron,it will tighten me up quite a bit, but that doesn't start for another 2 weeks. I am extremely tired today, though. I get my carb meal tonight, though!! Yummm!!

Red - This thread is good reading mostly because we can read about your highs and lows. That's real work! Just don't look back and don't doubt. You'll get there. You're too serious not to.

5 weeks of dieting left to go. Today I was 142, and 11.5% BF!! I think I am finally starting to turn the corner!!! I'm starting to see potential, so I am seeing some light at the end of the tunnel. Not to mention the whole cheat day I get after the show!! LOL. It's like a catch-22, though. I'm starting to look really lean, but I'm feeling I look emaciated. I know that's the process, but what a mind fuck!! I did get a boost when I went to the gym,though. A woman came up to me and asked for workout advice and such. She said "What do you do to get you legs to big and cut?" I was like WTF?? Who are you looking at?? I didn't say that, but it just goes to show you how body distortion takes effect.
My cardio got upped from 3 mornings/ wk to 4, and evening cardio was increased to 35 min. Fasting time still at 11 hrs. One major change will be this: I'm starting IGF tomorrow. We'll see how that goes. I think it's time to start posting some pics! I'll have them up for sure this week!

lol, I would like to read ONE post from you where you were happy with your body that day, j/k that aside, it is funny how mirror is slightly different than picture in the mind, your mind picture probably was not emaciated either way, just keep it rolling forward, very few have made it this far, so in certain ways you are already a winner. good luck |

I took my first shot of IGF last night in the shoulder. I can barely move it today!! It hurts like a MO FO!!! WTF??? It feels like I just got a tetanus shot or something. Anybody have any ideas as to why it hurts so bad??

Grrreaat. I was on the Jin. I started the IGF to get that little extra push over this hurdle. I start Nolva next week, but I wanted to run this for 4 weeks. Many have had good success with it. If I can lose an extra .5-1% BF from it, and maybe put on a lb. of muscle, it was worth it.
Man, the things we put our bodies through for this.

4 weeks left to diet. Show is 5 weeks away from this past Saturday. 140lbs., 10.8% BF. Pics will be up tomorrow.
Diet: No changes, but fasting time went up to 12 hrs. Cardio: 5 mornings a week for 25 minutes. 7 nights a week for 40 minutes, and 3 days of sprints after I work out. My husband is training a girl for the same show, and I finally realize my expectations of how I would look were unrealistic (whew!). She is at 12% BF, and doesn't look that much different. She has done several shows, so her body will obviously respond a bit better than mine. My point is, we look the similar in our leanness. That makes me feel a lot better. The IGF is making it very difficult to wake up in the morning. This morning was the 2nd time I overslept since starting it. I'm going to start taking it in the AM. I start Nolvadex this week, and Proviron next. I can't wait for that to do it's trick.
