Thanks everyone. And yes T-, I am clam happy. I'm happy we got me dialed right in for my 1st show. I think I look pretty damn good for a 1st time competitor. I've seen some 1st timers, and they look like they are still 4 weeks out. I'm lucky to have such a smart husband. The water, the carb up, the sodium load...I'm so happy we got it right and not have to fuss with it for my goal show in 3 weeks.

DG- As bad as these pics are, I'm glad you can see the detail in my legs. It's really difficult for women to get them to come in, so I'm happy they looked so good. The transformation is just unbelieveble to me!

My husband has done my diet, sodium load, carb up/deplete, and water manipulation. I'm really impressed with him and how well he dialed me in for my 1st show.

Well, 1 more week to diet. BF this week was right at 7%. Weight is 127 on our scale (so add 4-5 lbs for my correct weight) I only lost .5mm...kind of surprising after I pigged out big time for a whole day. I need to lose another 1-1.5mm this week, and I will be ready. On my side shots, I can actually see some glute muscles!!

I am so incredibly tired today. I'm about an inch close to going home after lunch. I didn't get much sleep last night. It was one of those times when you're so tired you just can't fall asleep.

6 DAYS LEFT!!!!!

Bodyfat this morning: 6.75%!!!
Total pinches are 16.5. Weight is 129...Probably still going to need to use Lasix to make weight..but oh well! My skin is REALLY thin. Last night was my last serving of carbs until Wed., and I was looking really vascular in my forearms. Sonis said I even have veins in my shoulders and going into my armpit.

I look better right now than I did at my 1st show, and that's with no water depletion. That of course was the goal. My glutes are starting to show, and my intercostals are looking pretty stupid. I was working out back yesterday, and boy did it look shredded. My quads have gotten a little bit more separated, but from the side is where I can really see improvement.

I walked into the grocery store today, and realized this is my last week of buying umpteen cans of green beans and all the turkey tenderloins that are in stock. LOL!! I was walking throught the aisles making a mental note of all the junk I'm buying next week!!! It was great!. I don't want to sound like a contest freak, but I was kind of sad that it's going to be all over next week. Then I remembered that I'll finally have a life again after feeling like an invalid for 4 months....and I came to my senses. 4 MONTHS!! I can't believe I dieted for that long. I can't believe how my body looks.

4 months of this would drive me insane! I'd wind up divorced and childless for sure. LOL

Good luck in these last few days! Make sure you get some better pics this time...take some at home before you get to the show.

Awsome, you have worked hard and it has paid off. Just have fun a do your best. Also, go buy a nice digital camera so we can actually see the pics this time! haha.

Well, I'll have several people taking pics, so they are bound to turn out. I'm going to take some outside after the prejudge. I also have a photo shoot this Thursday, so I'll throw some of those up as well.

What we did find out about the last show is the theater had these red gels on the overhead lights. So, with the front stage lights on the floor, and the red gels they all turned out bad. Even the photographer the promoter hired complained about it. Their pictures turned out just as bad.

This sodium load thing is disgusting. I can barely choke down this deli meat....it makes me gag!
