need new diet for next cycle

I havent gained as much as I would have hoped for in my past two cycles and I thought my diet was on track. Im currently 120 lbs, 5'6", 10 % BF from underwater testing. I do have a very small frame, like 5" wrist. I eat 6 meals a day, high protien, mod carb, low fat. How many calories should I be eating every day to get the most gains without gaining fat? I never counted calories, I just ate as much as possible. What percentage of protein, carbs, and fat is optimal? Thanks, Chelsea

Here is what I was planning on eating. Any comments welcome.

Meal 1 - Protein Drink
Meal 2 - 2 cups lean ground beef, 1/2 cup diced potato
Meal 3 - chicken breast with either brocolli or pasta
Meal 4 - 1 can tuna with mayo, onion, celery
Meal 5 - chicken breast, 2 veggies like corn, green beans.....
Meal 6 - turkey sandwich (turkey slices, 1 slice swiss cheese, 2 slices whole wheat bread)

I have a really hard time eating in the morning so I usually just grab my protein drink, sometimes I'll eat a few turkey slices.
Im trying to gain some LBM, I do no cardio and lift 5 days a week. Thanks, Dallasdoll

Where are the healthy fats?

I would also cut out the potato and change to sweet potato or brown rice. And change tha pasta as well.
