Im on a good cutting diet and my work outs are awesome. BUT Im wanting more strength and a harder look. I just want more definition and be able to lift more its so fustrating! I need a womens point of view. Im dealing with all men over here...

start on anavar at 5mg a day for the first week and then move up to 10 mg ed..If you experience any manly sides stop immediately. Try this for a few weeks and it should strengthen and lean you out
