can you girls help me guide my wife in the right dirrection?
she just got on clen 4 days ago. little info on her: she is about 5'3 135 before she got pregnant she was 120 and looking realy hot with abs showing and all and after giving birth she was 160 its been 4 months now since the birth of my daughter and she was realy depressed and felt low about her self! now she is realy doing some progress and i couldn't care less if she stayed at this weight but she needed that extra boost keep in mind that she eats like she is suppose to eat(protein 40% carbs 40% fat 20%) now she got on clen for the first time on monday(4 days ago) and the first day she felt shaky for only 2hrs with 20mcg. next day she took 40mcg and felt the same way and the next day she took 60mcg and felt notting! today she took 60mcg in the morning and another 20mcg at 11am and notting realy. so just for everyone, the clen she is taking is extremely realy, i take 60mcg and i shake like vibrator and i'm a big boy too so. What the hell if going on with her?? help ![]() |

is she still breast feeding? only 4 months after birth... why can't she hold off for a little longer before she starts clen?
i would say that you need to give it more than 4 months and maybe up her cardio if she wants to lose it. i'd be concerned about her adding chemicals to her body while she breast feeds. |

Again, THERE IS NO MAGIC PILL!! It could take her up to a year to lose those last stubborn pounds. Why not up her cardio and/or change her diet? Is she eating enough? Or, is she eating like a bird thinking she will lose weight? Her body may not even respond to the Clen. Reason being, her hormones are all out of whack right now, and will be for at least a couple more months. She needs to let her body return to it's normal function, and then maybe think about Clen...in about another 6 months. That's the trade off with giving birth- women must sacrifice their body. She has to be patient and work hard at it; and not start searching for a magic pill.
