stick with var if you're set on a cycle. carb/protein - how did you eat before your accident? if you were on your way before - go back to what works.
primo is mostly to all fake. winny makes some (many) women retain water. |

If your BF is 20%, that means you have 118lbs of LBM. And roughly 25lbs of fat. 20% is in average for a woman, and somewhat on the high side for someone in fitness. The girl in your picture is about 9-10%. She is about 3-4 weeks out from a comp. Every woman in fitness wants to look like that, and to look like that takes diet and discipline. Even walking around at 12-14% BF takes work- BELIEVE ME. If you have the look you say, and are 20%, then in order to attain that look she has, you need to put on muscle AFTER you get you BF down. So, that means you have to eat 1300 calories to MAINTAIN your LBM. At 1800 calories, you are 500 over what your body needs in order to lose fat. You need to be eating healthy fats, higher protein, and lower carbs. Your main focus HAS to be losing BF. Ignore the fact that you are starting gear in 4 months. FYI- Primo tabs are faked just as much as the amps...and as for your liver; none of it is good for the liver, and there are supps you can take to hinder damage to the organ.

5 egg whites and 1 whole egg, 1/2c oatmeal 1/2 grapefruit At lunch drop the fruit and wheat bread and replace with 2 c.of green veggies Do not keep eating bars. Stick with the shakes. Low carbs and sugars, and high protein. You can add 3 strawberries. Add tsp of flax oil at each shake. Dinner: Drop the cottage cheese. Dairy has carbs in it which convert to sugar. Dairy also bloats you. You are also eating too much protein at that meal. Your body can only process and use about 50 gms of protein at each meal. At that meal, your protein intake is at about 80gms. So, you are wasting 30gms but adding calories. 6oz. chicken breast and delete the sweet potato. Eat 2 c. green veggies Replace your snack with a 2nd shake For your last meal, eat 1 scoop of protein with a 6 egg whites omelet. Make sure your fasting time is 9 hours, and that you are eating your 6 meals every 3 hours. 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm, 10pm.

The average woman is 18-24% BF. 20% is not bad based on what you've been through.

Red gives solid advice, good luck reaching your goals, Blue!
I aim for a diet of about 50% protein, 25% fat, 25% carbs when I'm trying to maintain or grow. When I'm trying to cut I lower the carbs and total kcal in general. Running a cycle of var alone is a fantastic idea. You may be surprised at how well you grow on it with minimal bloat. It's also good for strengthening tendons and ligaments (good for preventing injury when you're muscles are growing faster than normal). The only bad sides I'm getting on 10mg/day is oily skin and a little acne. Remember, no drinking on orals.

You say you've been working out for a long time, and done a cycle or two, so you should know the game. That is what is so puzzling to me when answering your questions. You're concerned about the effect of the Primo/Var on your liver, but didn't know the obvious about not drinking while taking orals? Also, put a thread in the mens forum to get feedback on keeping gains post cycle. For an experienced person, you should know men and women are totally different in their gaining and maintaining capabilities. IMHO, I think you need to do a lot more research before committing to a cycle. I understand you're not planning on this for another 4 mos., but I still don't think that's enough time. You really need to educate yourself on the side effect, benefits, and risks about any and ALL AAS. I also think you need to get a strict and disciplined diet plan down before attempting any AAS. If you rush into this, you will just waste your time and money.

If you will look back at my other posts, I have done my best to try and help you with your diet, and have answered your questions accordingly AND extensively. The problem I have, is that your questions seem to contradict themselves with your past experiences with gear and training. Like, you aren't going to take Primo and Var because it's too hard on your liver. You're smart enough to know that, but then are surprised when told not to drink while taking orals...seeing as how alcohol greatly affects your liver, seems a bit odd to me that you asked the question. You say that you don't know anything about gear and want to be informed about your decision. You did gear for 4 weeks, , right? Well, for someone has already done a cycle and does all kinds of research beforehand, I would have expected your knowledge to be a bit more extensive. I'm sorry you felt scolded. But it is my job to make sure people are educated and cautioned about AAS. It's not magic. Nothing in this game is. My job is to help women have a clear and concise idea about AAS and its effects. Now, I have answered every one of your posts with helpful and sound advice, only for you to come back and say you're not going to post here anymore? That makes a mod feel like they have wasted their time helping you, even though you didn't get the answers you wanted, or in the correct "tone". Comments like those make it difficult to have an open mind for the next person who comes along.

I just went back through the whole thread here and Redsquirrel took a lot of time helping you, answering all of your questions. She is factual and blunt in her posts to get to the point and give you the information you need. I suggest you follow her advice and do a lot more research. Be responsible and hold onto your money for a while and then make an informed decision. AAS is not something you want to do wrong!
