Proportions?
How should women's proportions measure out? Should biceps be about equal to calves? Stuff like that. What are the rules of thumb for women's measurements to keep her on track for even proportions?
I also noticed something weird, my right arm is stronger but the bicep measures smaller than the left. My upper leg strength is the opposite with my left side being stronger and smaller. Calves are even in strength and size.
