I've been out of the gym and just went back tonight. I'm at 155 after a few days of getting off track on the diet from the wedding/hurricane partying but yesterday I prepared my chicken and brown rice and am back on track.

Sweetie, you look fantastic! I'm soooooo jealous of your quads and calves. I thought I had mine pretty rocking till I saw yours.
 I want that little sweep thing in my quads and haven't been able to get it. Big thanks to you and Stromba for the advice and suggestions.

Got on the scale tonight and I'm back to 153.5 which is what I was the day before the wedding. I guess I got a little water retention over the weekend from slacking off the diet. Anyway...gonna make it to 150 in 2 weeks for your wedding. I'm making short goals for myself. Next goal is 145 before Vegas which is 5 weeks away.
