If you dont use the fucking search buttion I will ban you on principal
thats it, several announcements, warnings and my being nice has ended whos the first too fuck up?

Maybe it's because there are SEVEN of the same thread on just the first page of this forum about Clen. He's tired of all of us answering the same questions.

I understand you being pissed cause of so many Clen threads. But AP's question on her thread wasn't answered in the FAQ about if its safe to take it before a leg work out. I usually answer most of her question but i've never used or even thought of taking Clen on leg day. Cause my heart feels like its about to explode on squats with out any supps or Clen. So i told her to ask just to be safe.

NO need for the tone. And there is no need to take your questions elsewhere. We welcome them. For future reference, it may have gotten more friendly responses had the thread title been something like "Heart rate max on Clen" or ""Hard as nails leg workout on Clen"
